| Winston I. Chafin | Winston Chafin was born in 1942 in Houston, Texas. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam era. He married Joyce Yanarella and was a resident of Delanco since 1971. Winston was employed as an electrical engineer by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority for 26 years. He was active with American Lagion Post 115 in Beverly.
